How to start using SPLIT?
Just three easy steps:
Step 1: Select "Payment Method".

Step 2: Select 2 or 3 cards for SPLIT.

Step 3: Set split ratios for each card.

How many payment cards I can use to pay?
You can use up to three cards each time - feel free to split with any of your credit or debit cards to pay.

We do not support Apply Pay and Google Pay for SPLIT at the moment.

Is there any limit on rent amount for SPLIT?
The minimum rent amount on SPLIT for 2 cards is set at HK$10,000 or above on Smart Contract, while SPLIT for 3 cards requires a minimum of HK$20,000 or above.
I have a running Smart Contract. Can I still use SPLIT to pay my rent?
Yes. You can add another payment card on your existing Smart Contract before the next charge date.
How to calculate transaction fee for SPLIT?
Our rates remain unchanged! We charge on a pro-rata basis, for example,

Rent: HK$20,000,
Payment cards: 3 Mastercards, Transaction fee: 2.1%, SPLIT ratio: 5:3:2,
So the transaction fee is only at a total of HK$420.

● Mastercard 1: (20,000 x 50%) x 2.1% = $210
● Mastercard 2: (20,000 x 30%) x 2.1% = $126
● Mastercard 3: (20,000 x 20%) x 2.1% = $84
When and how will the rebate be deducted?
Rebates are not deducted from the credit card authorization amount and are only deducted when the card is formally charged.

The rebate will be used to deduct the transaction fee when the transaction fee is higher or equal to the total amount of the rebate. The rebate will be used to deduct the transaction fee in your next payment with us.
For public housing, when will the Housing Authority receive my rent?
Generally, your rent will be paid to the Housing Authority about one week after your application has been submitted and approved, or on or before the last working day of each month.
If the tenancy agreement is about to expire, but I am ready to renew the tenancy, can I extend the tenancy period directly in the App to continue to pay the rent?
If you wish to extend your Smart Contract, please click on the Smart Contract details after logging in to the App, and then click on the "Extend Contract" button at the top of the page.

If you want to extend your Smart Contract, you do not need to re-upload the full lease document if the original lease is still valid when you extend the Smart Contract.

However, if the originally uploaded lease lapses when you extend the smart contract, you need to re-upload the complete lease document. Please submit your application 10 working days before the commencement date of the tenancy due to the time required for transaction processing and billing.
Can I pay in advance? Can I pay more than one month's rent at a time?
You may apply for a one-off payment for a certain period, as long as it is stated in your Tenancy Agreement or with other valid proofs. You may set up a one-month Smart Contract and input the total amount of rent for one payment.
The lease is long-term, lasting several years. But is it possible to pay only part of (one of) the short term? For example, my lease is for two years, but I want to pay for one month only.
Yes, just submit the dates you need to pay this time and we'll review it.
Can I stop rent payments for only one month?
We are sorry that we are unable to stop the renal payment for this month only. You may only terminate the whole Smart Contract. But if you want to continue next month, you can set up rent payments again.
