+KeyChain Pay Customers-Exclusive Double Rewards with livi Debit Mastercard Promotion Terms & Conditions

  1. This promotion applies to customers ("Cardholder") holding livi Debit Mastercard ("Eligible Card") issued by livi Bank Limited in Hong Kong (the "Bank"). Eligible Card must be used for all relevant payments during the promotion period for Cardholder to receive the Offers (as defined in Clause 2 below) under this promotion.
  2. This promotion is applicable to legitimate tenancy agreement originated and issued in Hong Kong only. Cardholder must pay rent (including deposit or disbursement if applicable) on KeyChain Pay website or mobile app and settle the payment with Eligible Card in Hong Kong dollars. Each rental transaction using Eligible Card through KeyChain Pay is capped at HK$10,000. Individual landlord or tenant (Cardholder) can enjoy 2.1% special transaction fee offer for paying residential, public housing or carpark rents. For commercial properties, the transaction fee offer is 2.6%. The Offers are not applicable to pay rent other than KeyChain Pay with other channels like cash, cheque or transfer. Failure of Eligible Card payment will result of revoking transaction fee discount up to 0.8% by charging original fee at 2.9%.
  3. For the avoidance of doubt, “Eligible Transaction” refers to any transaction to be made on the charge date. The charge date for each month is determined by the Artificial Intelligence of KeyChain Pay, and Cardholder is not permitted to change that date.
  4. KeyChain Pay customers must set up a 1-month or above Smart Contract for paying residential, public housing or carpark rents through KeyChain Pay for the KeyChain Pay customers-exclusive welcome offer of HK$250 from the Bank. Upon successful contract setup with KeyChain Pay, customers can use the designated invitation code (KCP#LIVI) to redeem the corresponding offer.   5. Cardholder must remain Eligible Card valid and in good standing at the time when the Offers are rewarded to him/her. Otherwise, the Offers will be cancelled or forfeited without prior notice to Cardholder.
  6. If Cardholder requests refund or partial refund, that relevant transaction will not be eligible for this promotion.
  7. In case of any dispute, fraud or abuse, the Bank and/or KeyChain Pay reserves the right at any time of the forfeiture of a Cardholder's eligibility for the Offers as well as cancellation of the Cardholder's Smart Contract(s). KeyChain Pay further reserves the right to deduct any relevant amount under the Offers directly from the relevant card account without prior notice.

  11. In case of disputes arising out of the promotion, the decision by the Bank and/or KeyChain Pay shall be final and conclusive.
  12. These terms and conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
  13. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English version and the Chinese version of the promotion materials and these terms and conditions, the English version shall apply and prevail.
